Accounts are for UK residents aged 18 or over, with one account per person. To hold one, you need to act on your own behalf and give accurate information, and you must not be a problem or compulsive gambler, have self-excluded or been excluded from any gambling website, or previously had an account closed by us or another company in our group. Deposits
Deposit with a debit card in your own name, and keep up to ten active cards on your account. Credit cards are not accepted, including credit cards stored in an online payment service. If one is used, we refund the deposits made from it and reverse any winnings from those bets. Money reaches your balance once the payment provider has cleared it, you play only with cleared funds, and the payment shows on your card statement as Mr Green.
Withdrawals
Open the Withdraw tab in your account, pick your payment method, enter the amount and select Complete. We return funds to the method you deposited with, unless we agree otherwise or our terms entitle us to delay or withhold payment. When our approval is done, an automated email confirms it, and the timing then depends on your bank or payment provider, so contact us if that email has not arrived within our processing time. Balances below the minimum go back to your payment method through customer support, and sums above the single maximum can be taken as several withdrawals.
A withdrawal goes ahead once your deposits have cleared without being charged back, reversed or cancelled, verification is complete to our reasonable satisfaction, no legal or regulatory withholding requirement applies, and there is no open investigation into an error, interruption, malfunction or suspected prohibited activity, with any completed investigation decided in your favour. Any delay in sending information we have asked for can delay a withdrawal. Funds still subject to wagering requirements or other promotional restrictions are not withdrawable.

Self-exclusion runs from 6 months to 5 years, is set through Customer Services or the My Account tab, and cannot be removed before the full period ends. Reopening afterwards means calling Customer Services, followed by a 24-hour cooling-off period. It covers every site run by us and by Red Rock Managed Services Limited, a member of our group, where it may take a short while to apply, and also closes your Sun Bingo, Sun Vegas and Fabulous Bingo accounts for the period, with no new accounts possible until it ends.
